Closure?
Alia: When is Closure coming out on DVD?
Trent: Never!
Alia: What?!
Trent: You can ask Universal, because they’re idiots, and they’re afraid to put it out.
Alia: People are dying for that.
Trent: Yes, but … there is a silver lining.
Alia: I’m listening.
Trent: A couple of years ago around this time of year, somebody must have broken into my personal files and uploaded onto a torrent site the entire DVD of Closure.
Alia: Oh darn.
Trent: Yeah, I don’t know who could have done that.
Alia: Hmm.
Trent: So, that basically means that it doesn’t need to come out on DVD anymore.
Alia: Sorry Trent, I’m going to have to steal a copy.
Trent: C’mon, you know that’s not the right thing to do.

This is why we did not address Trent Reznor's... →
[…] Understand something, though: this probably sounds like we’re criticizing Reznor for his huffy departure and sheepish return, but we really aren’t. Part of Reznor’s whole social media experiment was to pull the curtain back and reveal what he’s really like these days, and those tweets showed him to be a fairly regular dude - he loves his girlfriend and reps...

Ladytron interview with russian Rolling Stone
Q: I know you're friends with Nine Inch Nails and I've heard that once while you were opening for them they decorated your dressing room - NIN logo painted with ketchup on the floor, pornography on the walls, doors sealed up with scotch tape and so on. Is that true?
A: Trent Reznor and Co approach such things as real artists. We got used to ketchup during the tour but at the last show the guys did something really outstanding. There were pieces of bacon hanging down everywhere, scotch tape was stuck from one wall to another - it was so much of it that we had to force our way through it like in the jungle. There were condoms filled with milk on the floor (I hope it was milk). Everything was in beaten eggs and in flowers. The room smelled so bad that we couldn't stay there for more than 5 minutes. But it looked absolutely stunning, more like an art installation than a destroy. And they placed lamps in the room so that the lighting was like in the horror movie. It was really something to look at.

Q&A: Trent Reznor
The NIN leader worships Devo, disses Franz Ferdinand Austin Scaggs, posted Nov 03, 2005 (via)
At the moment, Trent Reznor is not happy about freezing his ass off in Minneapolis, but the Nine Inch Nails mastermind is happy that his tour has finally hit its stride. The first two weeks were a disaster, with a cancellation and two postponements because NIN drummer Jerome Dillon suffered from a heart...

Profiling The System & Audio Team For The Latest... →
Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails has long been known for his penchant for cutting edge technology and pristine production values. While manifestations of this tendency have been apparent since the band’s early studio recordings, over the years they have noticeably transcended into NIN’s live shows, most recently for the “Lights In The Sky” concert tour.
One of the technological advances on...
